Overview

All HootBooth® Photo Booth products include free lifetime phone, email, online support and 30 days of HootHelp, our free remote product orientation and setup assistance. With your permission, we will log in to the PC that is integrated into your new product from our corporate office to assist you. Our HootHelp service includes live tutorials for printing and social media features, assistance in personalizing your photo booth screens and printing templates with your logo and general Q&A and troubleshooting for the first 30 days.  

You also have the option to purchase an annual subscription to extend your 30 days of HootHelp to 1 full year of remote support. Click here to subscribe to an annual HootHelp membership.

We are available Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm US CST to help you with any questions or assist in trouble shooting.
