Product Exchanges

HootBooth® Photo Booth replaces photo booth, hashtag Instagram printers and dye-sublimation printers if they are defective or damaged and within the one year warranty period. Please call us at +1-800-518-HOOT(4668) so that we can troubleshoot your issue and begin an RMA process, if needed. If an exchange is needed, we will provide you with an RMA tracking number as we cannot accept an exchange without an RMA tracking number. Once you receive your RMA#, please send your item back to us at our corporate office: 6015 Lohmans Ford Road, Suite #113, Leander, Texas 78645, USA

Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, please ship via a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

Return Policy

Your order goes into production within 24 hours of placing your order. In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your product, we will accept returns, minus a 20% restocking fee plus a 2.4% credit card fee, within 7 days of when the product was received. Only unopened boxes of printer media may be returned. There are no returns on floor models or opened boxes of printer media.

How to Initiate A Return

RMA Number Required: Contact us by email or phone to receive an RMA number and our warehouse mailing address prior to returning your item(s).

Product Condition: The returned items must be sent to our warehouse address and the shipment must be fully insured for the purchase price and paid for by the client. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted. All returns are subject to full inspection upon arrival prior to issuing a refund (purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.)

Items that arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will be refused upon arrival.
