Lead Times & Shipping Policies

Lead Times:

Once your order is placed, your photo booth will go in to production at our manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas.  The standard lead time before shipping is 2 weeks.  If we have your product in stock, the standard lead time is only 4 business days. Please contact us via phone, email or Chat to determine the exact lead time before placing your order. 

USA Shipping:

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We ship via UPS Ground and shipping times are approximately 4-5 business days for most continental USA locations.

Sales Tax:

For orders shipping to a Texas address, please call to to place your order over the phone and provide us with your Texas State Sales Tax ID or your Federal Tax ID so that we can waive the Texas state sales tax on your order.

International Shipping:

Please call us for a price quote if you are interested in placing an order that requires international shipping.  In order to comply with export regulations, we will need to gather information from you to complete the export papers and provide you with an international shipping quote.  Once we have communicated the price quote for the international shipping and all of the paperwork is in order, we will process your order/transaction over the phone.
