Chris Johnson, Co-Founder

Chris Johnson has held leadership Sales positions in the commercial photography sector with many brands including Hewlett-Packard and Silverwire Technologies. Prior to working in high tech, he was a professional commercial photographer for NASA and the Air Force. 

Yvonne Denman, Co-Founder

Yvonne Denman has an MBA in Marketing and has held leadership roles in the consumer electronics industry in product development and digital marketing for Fortune 500 brands including SONY, Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Dell Technologies. Yvonne is also a professional portrait photographer.


HootBooth® Photo Booth was launched in 2014 in Austin, Texas after the company's founders designed the industry's first portable all-in-one photo booth with a virtual 'talking' attendant for their wedding and event photography business. Our second photo booth product was the HootBooth® Hashtag Instagram Printer  which wonRangefinder Magazine’s Cool New Products Award just two months after it's launch. This unique product was also used for HBO’s Game of Thrones marketing activation campaign. We continue to design and manufacture exciting iPad Photo Booths and DSLR photo booths products including our new HootBooth® EventPRO Augmented Reality Photo Booth with integrated Snapchat Lenses technology.
